Account Manager

Job Description

TruVisibility has an opening for an Account Manager to work with its marketing services clients. The successful candidate for Account Manager will have a proven record of excellence in client account management for agencies/companies providing SEO and digital marketing services. The Account Manager’s primary areas of responsibility will be to oversee the ongoing client-agency relationship. He/she will apply a thorough understanding of the business value of TruVisibility’s digital marketing platform and website design services and ensure that client needs are being met in accordance with the agreed-to statements of work.

The Account Manager reports to the Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the relationship with clients on an ongoing basis.
  • Up-sell and win recurring business from current clients.
  • Coordinate delivery of work items, production and reporting from the TruVisibility teams in Florida, Russia, and Ukraine.
  • Liaise with client and and TruVisibility team to communicate needs and actions.
  • Ensure that client needs are being met on a timely basis by the TruVisibility team.
  • Strive to achieve customer delight in all stages of the client relationship.
  • Manage and maintain accurate client/prospect information and account activity in our CRM.
  • Report regularly on the status of each client.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree.
  • Minimum of three years account management experience, preferably in digital marketing/SEO/SEM industry.
  • Must be results oriented, highly motivated, and a self-starter with a can-do attitude.
  • Proven track record of success in managing ongoing relationships with clients in a professional services industry.
  • Skills in coordinating company activities to meet client needs.
  • General understanding of SEO/SEM, email, websites, blogging, and overall digital marketing concepts.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage time and prioritize workload.
  • Demonstrated record of success communicating effectively with clients/prospects.
  • Team Player – collaborates with others to achieve both individual and team goals.
